Return Policy
The NailPolishPro.com Store guarantees 100% satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund. To return an unwanted product for a refund of the purchase price, please send the unopened item within 30 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded. Defective merchandise will be exchanged if returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Refunds will not be issued for defective merchandise. To process a return, please reference your packing slip for return address and procedures. If you are having difficulty, feel free to contact US. Items returned after 30 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be brand new and undamaged. Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning items. Cash/Check/Credit Card refunds will have a 5% restocking fee.
